Livonia Car Crash Causes Death and Injuries

At approximately 3:30 a.m. today, a car was traveling north on Eckles Road going around 80 mph when it hit a curb, traveled 35 yards onto a grassy park area and struck a pine tree according to Livonia police. As a result, 18-year-old Brad Lashbrook, a recent graduate of Churchill High School, lost his life. It is reported that two other 18-year-olds were injured in the crash, Chris Bobal, another Churchill graduate, and Dominic Necovski, a recent graduate from Crestwood High School. Both survivors required treatment at area hospitals. According to authorities, Lashbrook was not driving and it is unclear who was driving at the time of the crash.
