Drug Crime Suspects Try to Avoid Arrest by Hiding in Bathroom

In Michigan, it has been reported that suspects tried to evade arrest last Friday morning by hiding in the bathroom of a residence in Cass County Village of Pokagon.

Detectives from the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team and the Michigan Department of Probation and Parole said that they arrested two people who were involved in drug trafficking in the area.

Aside from finding the two suspects hiding in the bathroom, detectives found a large quantity of marijuana and prescription medications. They also found packaging materials and digital scales.

Police arrested a 28-year-old man for marijuana possession, prescription medication with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug house. He was also charged with parole violation. A 22-year-old woman was also placed under arrest by police. Her preliminary charges include probation violation and frequenting a drug house.
