Matthew Peterson was arraigned yesterday on charges of operating while intoxicated third offense, operating while intoxicated causing serious injury, willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property, causing serious impairment of bodily function, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to stop at the scene of an accident. What did he do to warrant such a list of charges? Less than 24 hours after being released from jail for probation violation, Mr. Peterson allegedly drove on Auburn Road in Rochester Hills where he caused four separate accidents, injuring four separate people in the process. As of Tuesday afternoon, one of the victims remained in the hospital. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Monday in front of Judge Nicholson.
