2 Teens Killed In Crash, 2 Charged Criminally

On May 20, 2012, three minor teenagers were involved in a horrific car crash that resulted in the deaths of 17-year-old Timothy See and 15-year-old Krysta Howell. The 17-year-old driver, Takunda Mavima, was charged with operating while intoxicated causing death.

Earlier in the evening, the kids were at 18-year-old Shane Harlan's apartment where it is believed that the driver had been drinking. Mr. Harlan has now been charged with a misdemeanor - allowing minors to consume alcohol. His attorney pled not guilty on his behalf at today's arraignment.
